The Garage Gym Canada evolved from a need that we experienced ourselves as an operating CrossFit affiliate, Crossfit Connection in Burlington Ontario, Canada. In setting up our box we experienced difficulties sourcing equipment in Canada and even bigger difficulties paying shipping and brokerage when importing from the United States. The soft-shell construction and balanced, uniform weight of this medicine ball makes it easy to handle. It remains dimensionally stable and balanced while providing functional resistance during any fitness, sport, or rehabilitation exercise. Ideal for medicine ball exercises where bounce is not wanted or for grip training. Casing is sewn from 18 oz. flexible vinyl-coated polyester. Filler material provides even weight distribution and helps maintain shape. 14" diam.
