Jump Boxes, also known as plyo platforms are a must-have training tool for explosive jump and speed training such as plyometrics. Plyo Box Jumping is a critical aspect of plyometric training because the exercises use not only your body weight, but also gravity to build muscle.  Our stackable boxes are made of sturdy hardwood with the set coming in an 8" and 12" box. Stack them to build a 20" box or purchase two sets to have any combination of 8" to a 40" stacked box. The boxes are shipped unassembled but can be put together in less than 10 minutes. All screws are provided and holes are pre-drilled for precision. These boxes are a great space saver because they can be stacked high for storage preserving valuable gym floor space.
